POLICIES CONCERNING THE PREMISES:

  • Parent Attendance at Lessons.The studio encourages parents to attend and quietly observe lessons for their children. The studio does reserve the right to exclude a parent if the teacher determines that the parent’s presence is disturbing the child or impeding his or her progress.

  • Food and Drink.With the exception of water, food and drink are discouraged in the studio. If brought, please utilize the trash can available for proper disposal.

  • Video Taping:Absolutely no video or audio recording of any student, with the exception of the student's direct family members, will be allowed during sessions at any time. All recordings not made by direct family members must fill out the proper Authorization Form prior to recording. Rolling Tones, LLC. does not profit from any authorized recordings.

  • Immunization/ Preventative Medical Policy: To the best of our abilities,we aim to provide a safe and sanitary environment for our students. With exception to religious beliefs as described by the National Conference of State Legislatures, students/parents must confirm with the teacher that the student has an updated clean bill of health prior to lessons. If the student has any health issues that may impede his or her ability to attend and perform in lessons (e.g. episodes of epileptic behavior, severe allergic reactions to dogs, etc.) students or parents must notify the teacher at assessment.All updates on Preventative Health Procedures implemented/ recommended by the studio (e.g. VOCAL HEALTH), will be posted under the News Tab. Studio reserves the right to send a student home if by CDC standards the student presents symptoms that would be contagious.

  • Practice Expectations.Students are expected to practice 7 days a week. Parents should ensure that the student is given a quiet practice area. Parents should monitor practices and ensure that all of the assignments given to the student are completed. It is REQUIRED that the student make a video recording to examine their own progress both within the lesson AND at home once a week. 

  • Office Hours.If a parent wishes to meet with the teacher to discuss the student’s progress, please call/text at (331) 903-7931 or email through this website to set up an appointment with the teacher. The studio requests that calls be made between 11am-2pm on weekdays in order not to disrupt lessons that may be in progress at the studio.

  • Parking. The studio has three designated parking spots in the driveway. You may use these when your child is taking a lesson if they are available. All other available parking will be off-street parking.

Access:The studio is in a local residential area. We recommend that parents accompany their children to and from the studio. The studio is not responsible for any injuries or accidents outside of the studio area.
