The rules and regulations contained in the Studio Policy govern the teacher/student relationship and are incorporated as additional terms and conditions in the contract between the studio and the student/parent. Failure by either the student or parent to strictly comply with the rules and regulations set forth in the Studio Policy may result in the termination of the contract by the studio. No refunds of advance payments or fees will be provided in the case of termination due to the breach of the Studio Policy by the student or parent.

Please review this Studio Policy as it sets out the rules that our studio has established to make the learning experience beneficial for all students. These rules are part of the contract you have with our studio. While we know that unexpected events may arise that necessitate an exception to these rules, we reserve the right to determine when to grant any such exception.

For this studio, I will be utilizing this website to keep track of all financial transactions, library loans, research and health recommendations, and scheduling.If you experience any technical difficulties or have questions about billing, please email me immediately at michelle.ac.russell@gmail.com.

If the student registers with me as an adult student (paying for his/her own lessons) and over the age of 18, or if you are the parent of a child student, you will have access to all billing information as it pertains to your family. You will also have access to reviews I will write about performances during lessons, during contests (if I am there), and all practice feedback.

Parents and adult students will need to register from my website or let me know and I will add your information manually.

Students will have access to request books in my library, schedule change requests, cancellation requests, practice logs, and email notifications.
